Carpet tile prices in Egypt.
Carpet is priced per square metre. The drivers are construction (loop or cut pile), pile weight and fibre (nylon or polypropylene), backing type, whether a custom design is required, the quantity, and the adhesive, underlay and installation. Entrance matting and stair nosings are quoted separately by the linear metre.

Are carpet tiles suitable for offices in Egypt?
Yes. Carpet tiles are the standard office floor worldwide because they install quickly around furniture and raised-floor outlets, hide wear with patterns, and any stained tile can be swapped in minutes. Dust is controlled with entrance matting and a proper vacuuming regime.
What is the difference between carpet tiles and broadloom?
Tiles are modular squares with a stable backing, laid with a tackifier. Broadloom is wall-to-wall carpet from a roll, stretched over underlay or glued down. Tiles win on flexibility and maintenance; broadloom wins on seamless luxury.
Can you produce a custom carpet design?
Yes. Custom patterns, colourways and logos are available on request for hotels, corporate headquarters and branded spaces, subject to minimum quantities and lead times.

Yes. We supply fire classification, wear and slip test reports and manufacturer warranties with every specification, and can provide them the same day for tender submissions.
How do I maintain commercial carpet?
Daily vacuuming, entrance matting to stop grit at the door, prompt spot cleaning and periodic hot-water extraction or encapsulation cleaning. We provide a maintenance guide with each installation and offer maintenance contracts.
